Effy Jewelers wishes for you to shop with confidence and to be completely satisfied with your online purchase! If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return, exchange, or receive store credit for your item(s) within 30 days from the date of shipment. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. Custom orders such as orders with engraving and special ring sizes cannot be accepted back for a return.

How to Return an Item:
Please follow our 3 easy steps below:
1. Obtain your Return Authorization Number:
Contact us at customerservice@effyjewelers.com or 1-877-ASK-EFFY (877-275-3339) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When approved, you will receive an E-mail with your Return Authorization Number along with detail shipping and packaging instructions.
2. Package Your Order:
- Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the receipt and outside of the package.
- Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.
3. Shipping & Insurance:
Once you have received your RMA number, ship the item prepaid to the address received in your E-mail. For your protection, we recommend shipping insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Registered Mail. We are unable to be responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit. The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included on the box and has been damaged or tampered.
Please note: For security purposes, do not write EffyJewelers.com or the contents of the package on the outside of the box such as jewelry, diamonds, gold or any other luxury-related items.
Return Process
EffyJewelers.com Quality Assurance department reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product. Once your item(s) have been received and accepted, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges. Please allow 7-12 business days for your credit to be processed after the item(s) have been received. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.
